On July 19, the People's Council of Nhi Chieu Ward (Hai Phong City) term I, 2021 - 2026 held a second session (special session) to review and decide on a number of important contents under its authority. Mr. Bui Xuan Loc - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council and Ms. Tran Kim Dung - Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council co-chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, the Ward People's Council discussed and voted to pass two important resolutions. In particular, the Resolution on converting 27 existing residential areas into 27 residential groups is a matter of special concern.
This is an important step to perfect the organizational apparatus, in line with the model of two-level local government after the merger, while facilitating administrative management and promoting the effectiveness of the political system at the grassroots level.
The second Resolution approved at the meeting was the Resolution promulgating the Regulations on the operation of the People's Council of Ward I, term 2021-2026. The Regulation consists of 5 chapters and 28 articles, specifically regulating responsibilities, powers, working principles, and coordination relationships between agencies in the local political system. This is the basis for the Ward People's Council to operate in accordance with regulations, improve the quality and effectiveness of supervision and resolution in the coming time.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Bui Xuan Loc - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council emphasized that the resolutions that have just been passed have an important meaning in building a modern, people-friendly and effective administration.
Mr. Bui Xuan Loc suggested that immediately after the meeting, the People's Committee of the ward coordinate with units, departments, socio-political organizations, and residential areas to effectively implement the resolved contents. At the same time, promote extensive propaganda to the people to create consensus and unity in the implementation process.
The Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Committees, the Delegation Groups and each Ward People's Council delegate are assigned to monitor and supervise the implementation of the resolution, ensure that the resolution is put into practice, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks in the locality.
