Regarding supervision activities, at this session, the Provincial People's Council reviewed and discussed reports on the results of handling recommendations sent by voters to the regular meeting at the end of 2024 and recommendations that had not been completely resolved in previous sessions of the Provincial People's Council; thematic supervision report for the first 6 months of 2025 of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees; consider adjusting the 2025 supervision program of the Provincial People's Council. According to the report of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, the GRDP growth rate in the first 6 months of 2025 reached 11.03% - the highest level since 2020. Total budget revenue reached VND 30,056 billion, equal to 52% of the estimate. The business environment has improved significantly, attracting non-budgetary capital increased 13.4 times, the number of newly established enterprises increased by 22%. Quang Ninh is in the top 8 nationwide in terms of excellent high school students.
