Hoa Binh - Ms. Bui Thi Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, has just been elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2021-2026.

On February 6, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province held the 25th Session (Special Session) of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province carried out the process of introducing personnel and electing the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2021-2026 for Ms. Bui Thi Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII with 53/53 votes in favor, reaching 100%.

At the same time, Mr. Bui Tien Luc and Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha were dismissed from the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the Ethnic Committee of the 17th Provincial People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha was elected Deputy Head of the Cultural and Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council with 53/53 votes in favor, reaching 100%.

Also at the meeting, the Provincial People's Council passed the following resolutions: Resolution on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; Resolution on deciding on the staffing of civil servants in State administrative agencies in 2025; Resolution on ending the activities of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council.
