Decision No. 125 clearly states that the Provincial People's Committee established a Steering Committee for waste prevention and control, including the following members:
Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Committee; Mr. Quach Tat Liem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is the Standing Deputy Head of the Committee; Director of the Department of Finance and Chief Inspector of the province are Deputy Heads of the Committee.
The members of the Steering Committee include: Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Director of the Provincial Police; Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Director of the Department of Construction; Director of the Department of Transport; Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Director of the Department of Justice; Director of the Department of Industry and Trade,... Director of the Provincial State Bank; Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh city.
This unit is responsible for assisting the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in researching, advising, recommending, and proposing directions and solutions to solve important issues related to the implementation of waste prevention and control and implementing other important tasks and solutions in preventing and combating waste of the province's resources.
The Steering Committee works part-time, promotes personal responsibility and exercises powers and responsibilities according to the regulations on organization and operation of the Steering Committee.
The Department of Finance is the standing body of the Steering Committee. At the same time, a Working Group was established under a part-time regime with a Deputy Director of the Department of Finance as the Head of the Group, the Chief Inspector of the Department as the Deputy Head of the Group, and leaders of a number of departments of the Department of Finance, Department of Justice, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Home Affairs, Office of the Provincial People's Committee, People's Committee of Hoa Binh City and a number of related departments and branches as members of the Working Group.
Periodically before December 31, every year, the Department of Finance reports the activities to the Provincial People's Committee Office for synthesis and reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
