The conference approved the Submissions: Draft Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Executive Committee of Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term; Draft Decision on the establishment of specialized agencies to advise on the work of Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies; Draft Notice on the assignment of tasks to members of the Party Executive Committee of Provincial Party Agencies; assignment of tasks to Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term; Draft Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee of Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term; Draft Work Program for Inspection and Supervision in 2025; Draft Resolution for 2025 of the Provincial Party Committees of Party Agencies; Draft Work Program of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee in 2025.
The conference also announced the Decision to establish branches and Party Committees directly under the Party Committee; Decision to appoint cadres of Party Committee advisory agencies; Decision to establish Party Committee advisory agencies and Decision to appoint cadres of Party Committee advisory agencies.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Tran Thanh Lam - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Ben Tre Province - said that each Executive Committee member has promoted a sense of responsibility, researched and had opinions that were very profound and close to reality. Mr. Lam requested that specialized departments advise and assist the Party Committee in fully absorbing the work to supplement and complete the official signing and promulgation to serve as a basis for the Party Committee and each member of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and affiliated Party organizations to base on.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ben Tre Provincial Party Committee requested that after the conference, specialized agencies advise and assist the Party Committee to quickly complete documents for meetings of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and Executive Committee to issue and store in accordance with regulations. Develop working regulations, assign specific tasks to each member to continue to advise on work in the coming time to be more favorable. At the same time, quickly advise the entire Congress Steering Committee, Document Subcommittee, Personnel Subcommittee, and Subcommittee to serve the Party Congress to come into operation, especially directing the Congresses of affiliated Party organizations.
Mr. Lam also requested that the affiliated departments and Party Committees quickly complete the documents and carry out the personnel process in accordance with the instructions to send to the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies for the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to conduct appraisal and approval, and at the same time register the congress schedule for the Standing Committee to arrange attendance.
Agree not to choose the conference venue to learn from experience but to choose the unit to register to organize the first conference to focus on guiding, supporting and inviting other departments and party committees to attend, learning from experience for their organization.
Most members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies are concurrently holding positions, especially the Secretaries, Permanent Deputy Secretaries and Chief of Office, Heads of the Committees, requiring a scientific arrangement of professional work at the agencies and units to spend reasonable time studying documents of the Party and State to contribute to the Executive Committee in fully performing the functions and tasks according to regulations No. 57-QD/TW, dated January 24-2025 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and organizational apparatus of the Party Committee of the Party agencies, said Mr. Lam.
