    Continuing the program of the 8th Session, on the morning of October 25, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh presented a report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Law on Urban and Rural Planning.

    National Assembly deputies discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Urban and Rural Planning.

    The submitting agency and the agency in charge of the review coordinated to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

    From 11:15 a.m., the National Assembly held a separate meeting on personnel matters. This content lasted until the afternoon of the same day.
