Of which, 82 people do not need to be arranged or supported with accommodation; 796 people are proposed to be supported with the cost of finding their own accommodation; 856 people are proposed to be arranged with houses and public housing.
According to the draft plan of arranging and arranging working offices, public houses and arranging vehicles to pick up Bac Lieu cadres, civil servants and officials working in Ca Mau province, they must ensure the general principle of provincial agencies and units (including Ca Mau and Bac Lieu province) to inventory, classify and make a list of public assets at their agencies and units, report to the Department of Finance for summarizing and monitoring; handing over and receiving properties to agencies, organizations and units after arranging administrative units according to the plan of arranging and handling public properties approved by competent authorities. In particular, the Department of Finance of Bac Lieu province summarizes the list of public assets of provincial agencies and units in Bac Lieu province, sending to the Department of Finance of Ca Mau Province for general synthesis.

For the arrangement of public housing and accommodation when merging provinces: Cadres who are qualified to arrange public housing are about 60 - 80 people, including: Provincial Party Committee members, Department Directors and equivalent or higher; Deputy Directors of Departments and equivalent. The staff supported to arrange temporary accommodation for about 440 - 620 people including: Department-level leaders and equivalent; staff not holding leadership positions.
Ca Mau province also proposed a plan to arrange public housing in 2 phases. Specifically, in the first phase of provincial merger, cadres were arranged public housing at locations such as: Arrange apartments at the Public Housing in Ward 5, office of the Trade Promotion Center (after renovation) in Ward 2; public bus housing area in Ward 9 (Ca Mau City). Ca Mau plans to quickly repair some projects to arrange for about 300 people in public housing and accommodation.
Regarding the long-term plan after the merger, Ca Mau province will develop a public housing project to have a plan to invest in upgrading to concentrated areas (expected to continue using public housing areas and invest in additional construction in the province's public bus housing areas).
Ca Mau province will not collect housing/room fees and only collect management, service, electricity, water, and sanitation costs. In particular, the remaining officials who have not been allocated public housing will be supported with a part of the cost to find their own accommodation.
