On the morning of October 1, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee convened a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work in An Duong district. Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee chaired the conference.
According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Pham Viet Hung, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Duong District, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the An Duong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 to be transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Chu Duc Anh, Deputy Head of Hai Phong Economic Zone Management to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of An Duong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
The conference also announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on Mr. Pham Viet Hung's resignation from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of An Duong district, term 2021 - 2026; and introduced Mr. Chu Duc Anh to run for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of An Duong district, term 2021 - 2026.
Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee, acknowledged Mr. Pham Viet Hung's contributions to the development of An Duong district in the past time; At the same time, he congratulated Mr. Chu Duc Anh on his new position and asked Mr. Chu Duc Anh to continue to promote his capacity, together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Executive Committee of the An Duong District Party Committee to build a united and strong collective, striving to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
