    According to this Decision, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice of Binh Thuan province to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Phu Quy District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, starting from November 11, 2024.

    Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thang (born in 1982) has a Master's degree in Administrative Law and a high level of political theory; a delegate of the People's Council of Binh Thuan province for the 2021-2026 term. Before holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thang worked for a long time at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Binh Thuan province.

    Phu Quy island district is 56 nautical miles from the mainland with a natural area of ​​17km2, a population of about 30,000 people and 3 communes. This locality develops its economy with 2 main pillars: fishing, fishing logistics and trade services, tourism.
