At the 58th session, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee considered disciplining Mr. Nong Minh Hien - former Vice Chairman of Son Duong District People's Committee.

When he was no longer Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong district and was assigned other tasks, Mr. Hien intentionally signed without proper authority and against regulations on 46 fake land use right certificates issued to a number of people in Son Nam commune.

At the end of September 2024, Mr. Nong Minh Hien was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison by the People's Court of Tuyen Quang province.
