The assessment at the meeting showed that the Politburo and the Secretariat have promptly oriented specific policies and tasks; Party committees and competent authorities have issued full guiding documents and detailed regulations, creating a favorable legal corridor for localities to organize implementation.
The dissemination and propaganda work has been widely and consistently implemented, helping to raise awareness and unify the will in the political system; creating high consensus and support of cadres, party members and people from all walks of life for the policy of reorganizing the apparatus, administrative units at all levels and organizing a two-level local government model.
The arrangement process and initial results have contributed to ensuring the successful implementation of the objectives: Basic completion of the organizational structure of the political system from the central to grassroots level; promote administrative reform, improve management and administration efficiency; streamlining the apparatus and budget savings; create new space for socio -economic development, ensure national defense and security ... of the country; create breakthroughs in planning, infrastructure development; Improve the national position, promote investment attraction and high technology into Vietnam.
The Politburo and the Secretariat basically agreed with the proposal and recommendations stated in the reports; At the same time, it is required that the Party committees and party organizations are the highest determination, focusing on the implementation of tasks and solutions in accordance with the conclusions, plans and guidance of the Central Government, the Politburo, the Secretariat, ensuring the successful implementation of the set goals.
In particular, the Party committees, agencies and units at the central level and the provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee continue: Leading and directing the organization of the grassroots Party Congress and the direct superiors of the grassroots party organization and preparing the organization of the provincial Party Committee Congress to ensure on schedule, required according to the Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo (note the good work of the construction of documents and personnel and personnel;
Do a good job of political and ideological work for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies and units; seriously, fully, and in accordance with policy regulations for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers affected by the reorganization process;
