On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Thi Tuyet Huong reported the synthesis of the Group's discussion opinions at the Session. In 33 opinions in 5 delegation groups on December 8, delegates comprehensively assessed the reports and draft resolutions, demonstrating their responsibility in deciding on important issues of the province.

At the same time, delegates discussed difficulties and obstacles in the progress of planning implementation, disbursement of public investment capital, decentralization of resources and improving the operational efficiency of commune-level authorities after the arrangement of administrative units.
