In his opening speech, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan said that this is a regular year-end meeting to review the socio-economic development situation, national defense and security, budget revenue and expenditure, public investment in 2024, tasks and solutions for 2025; consider and issue a number of regulations, mechanisms and policies to promptly concretize the 2024 Capital Law passed by the National Assembly and resolve many other important contents.
