Through inspection and supervision, disciplinary action was taken against 1 party organization and 218 party members in Cao Bang in many forms.

On October 13, according to the Central Inspection Committee's Electronic Information Portal, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has just summarized the inspection and supervision work in the first 9 months of 2024.

Information at the review meeting showed that in the first 9 months of 2024, Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels in Cao Bang implemented the 2024 inspection and supervision program on schedule and achieved quality and efficiency.

Notably, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission advised on the review plan, drew lessons and reported on the results of overcoming limitations and shortcomings according to the conclusion notice of the Central Inspection Commission; the district and grassroots inspection commissions coordinated to advise the Party Committees to prepare contents to serve the inspection and supervision delegations of the Party Committees and Inspection Commissions at higher levels.

In the first 9 months of 2024, Party committees at all levels inspected 607 Party organizations and 1,054 Party members; supervised 204 Party organizations and 253 Party members; resolved denunciations of 1 Party member and resolved disciplinary complaints of 1 case.

The Inspection Committee at all levels conducted inspections when there were signs of violations of 12 party members (including 6 committee members). Through inspections, it was concluded that 9 party members had violated to the extent that disciplinary action was required and disciplinary action was taken.

The Inspection Committees at all levels simultaneously inspected the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks of 200 party organizations; inspected the implementation of party discipline in 111 party organizations; inspected the party finances of 226 party organizations; supervised 107 party organizations and 68 party members on a thematic basis; received, classified and processed 122 petitions in accordance with regulations; and verified the assets and income of 219 cadres under the management of the standing committee of the Party Committee.

According to information on the Central Inspection Commission's electronic information portal, through inspection and supervision, disciplinary action was taken against 1 party organization and 218 party members in the following forms: 84 reprimands, 47 warnings, 04 dismissals, and 83 expulsions.

At the above conference, Mr. Nguyen Trung Thao - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission - requested the Inspection Commissions of districts, Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee to continue to perform well the following tasks: Advise the Party Committee to lead, direct, and perform inspection and supervision tasks, completing 100% of the inspection and supervision program set out for 2024;

Proactively conduct regular supervision, promptly detect and inspect when there are signs of violations against party organizations and party members; thoroughly resolve complaints and denunciations, especially those related to personnel planning for party congresses at all levels; proactively coordinate with relevant agencies in the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline, especially disciplining party members who violate the law in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, well implement the monitoring and urging of party organizations and party members to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out in the notices of conclusions after inspection and supervision; perfect the Inspection Committees at all levels to ensure sufficient structure and quantity according to the project, review and prepare personnel for the Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term; deploy the development of a draft inspection and supervision program for 2025 of the Party Committee and Inspection Committee.
