Proposal to expel a department head in Hai Phong from the Party
On January 2, according to information from the Hai Phong Land Fund Development Center, Mr. Vu Dinh Truong - Head of Compensation Department of the Land Fund Development Center was prosecuted by the Hai Phong City Police Department on December 26, 2024.
Immediately after receiving the notice of prosecution from the police, the leaders of the Land Fund Development Center issued a decision to suspend his work; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Phong City also proposed to expel Mr. Truong from the Party due to the prosecution by the police.
Proposal to discipline and criticize many individuals and groups in Thanh Hoa City
On December 31, 2024, the Thanh Hoa City Disciplinary Council held a meeting to consider disciplinary action against the collectives and individuals involved in the shortcomings pointed out by the Thanh Hoa City People's Committee in the inspection conclusion in budget collection work.
The Disciplinary Council unanimously proposed that the Chairman of the City People's Committee criticize and request the Dong Tho Ward People's Committee to gain profound experience in budget collection work in the ward.
Regarding individuals, the Thanh Hoa City Disciplinary Council unanimously proposed that the Chairman of the City People's Committee criticize and request profound lessons for 9 people, including: Nguyen Thi Tam, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee (former Chairman of Dong Tho Ward People's Committee); Trinh Thanh Thuy - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Dong Tho Ward People's Council (former Vice Chairman of Dong Tho Ward People's Committee); Nguyen Dinh Tien - Vice Chairman of Dong Tho Ward People's Committee; Tong Phuc Ha - Vice Chairman of Dong Ve Ward People's Committee (former Finance - Accounting officer of Dong Tho Ward People's Committee); Nguyen Thi Hoe - Finance - Accounting officer, Dong Tho Ward People's Committee; Vu Thi Phuong - Justice - Civil Status officer, Dong Tho Ward People's Committee; Le Thi Hien, Land - Construction officer, Dong Tho Ward People's Committee; Mai Thi Ha - Culture - Social officer, Dong Tho Ward People's Committee; Tran Quoc Thieu - Finance - Accounting officer, Dong Huong Ward People's Committee (former Finance - Accounting officer, Dong Tho Ward People's Committee).
The Thanh Hoa City Disciplinary Council unanimously requested the People's Committee of Dong Tho Ward to issue a document criticizing two individuals: Mr. Dam Trung Kien - Head of the Disciplinary Team of Dong Tho Ward; Mr. Hua Xuan Thanh - Member of the Disciplinary Team of Dong Tho Ward.
Disciplinary action against Mr. Le Dinh Tho, former Deputy Minister of Transport
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed Decision No. 1686/QD-TTg on disciplinary action against Mr. Le Dinh Tho, former Deputy Minister of Transport.
The decision clearly states: Disciplinary action in the form of reprimand against Mr. Le Dinh Tho, former member of the Party Executive Committee, former Deputy Minister of Transport, for violations and shortcomings in his work and having been subject to Party discipline; the disciplinary action period is from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1826-QD/UBKTTW dated November 25, 2024 of the Central Inspection Commission.
