Bac Giang disciplines Deputy Secretary of District Party Committee and Deputy Director of Project Management Board
The Inspection Committee (IC) of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee has just issued a notice on the 43rd Session of the Provincial Party Committee's IC for the 19th tenure, 2020-2025 term.
At this session, the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen The District - with a Reprimand.
At the same time, the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee reviewed and disciplined Mr. Hoang The Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, causes of the violation and mitigating circumstances, the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Hoang The Hung with a Reprimand.
Disciplining the Deputy Director in charge of the Project Management Board in Dak Lak
On March 1, according to information from Dak Lak province, Mr. Phan Xuan Bach - Deputy Director in charge of the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board - was disciplined by the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee with a Warning.
Mr. Phan Xuan Bach is jointly responsible for the violations and shortcomings of the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board for the period 2015-2020, 2020-2025 in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot city.
Warning to Director of Dong Hoi Agricultural Service Center
Regarding the disclosure of many violations by Dong Hoi Agricultural Service Center (Quang Binh), leaving many amounts of money off the books, Chairman of Dong Hoi City People's Committee Hoang Ngoc Dan signed a decision to discipline the management official of Mr. Tu Minh Hai, Director of this unit.
According to Decision No. 1132/QD-UBND, dated February 25, 2025 of the Chairman of Dong Hoi City People's Committee, Mr. Tu Minh Hai - Director of Dong Hoi Agricultural Service Center - was disciplined with a Warning.
