Remove from the position of a Deputy Director of the Project Management Board in Dak Lak
On October 31, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to dismiss Mr. Phan Xuan Bach from the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic and Rural Development Project Management Board (Board A).
According to the decision, the Director of Board A is assigned to manage, use civil servants and salary regimes for Mr. Phan Xuan Bach according to the provisions of law.
Previously, the competent authority of Dak Lak province issued a document requesting the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to consider dismissing Mr. Phan Xuan Bach - Deputy Director of Board A.
The Central Inspection Committee concluded that Mr. Bach's violation caused serious consequences, created bad public opinion, reduced the prestige of the Party organization and the State management agency in the locality and decided to take disciplinary action in the form of a warning.
Discipline for forcing a teacher to assault a colleague in Dak Lak
On October 30, the Department of Education and Training (DET) of Dak Lak province said that the unit had agreed with the proposal of Vo Nguyen Giap High School on applying disciplinary action to force Mr. Dang Tang - a Math teacher to quit his job due to assaulting colleagues.
According to the report of Vo Nguyen Giap High School, from 2013 to 2025, Mr. Dang Tang was disciplined 5 times at his work units. In 2025, he is on the occasion of implementing a disciplinary decision in the form of a Warning (in Decision No. 03/QD-VNG dated January 6, 2025) for violating teacher ethics.
The Department of Education and Training believes that Mr. Dang Tang's violation was a re-offence while he was serving a disciplinary warning decision. At the same time, the behavior has a very high nature, level, and harm, causing frustration and seriously violating the ethics of teachers, negatively affecting the image of teachers and the pedagogical environment.
On that basis, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province agreed with the proposal of Vo Nguyen Giap High School on the application of disciplinary action forcing Mr. Dang Tang to quit his job.
Gia Lai Forest Protection Department Head and 4 subordinates were disciplined and forced to quit their jobs
On October 29, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Gia Lai province decided to discipline a series of forest rangers involved in the case of "Violating regulations on management and use of State assets causing loss and waste; Illegal possession of military weapons; Receiving bribes and giving bribes" occurring at the Vinh Thanh Protective Forest Management Board (VNDB), Vinh Thanh Production and Trading Joint Stock Company and related units in Gia Lai province.
Accordingly, Mr. Le Duc Sau - Head of the Gia Lai Provincial Forest Protection Department; Tran Phuoc Phi - Director of the Vinh Thanh Provincial Forest Protection Department; Dang Ba Quang - Head of the Vinh Thanh Forest Protection Department; Dinh Gia Binh - Head of the Forest Protection Station under the Vinh Thanh Forest Protection Department; Phan Thanh Kha - Deputy Forest Protection Director of the Vinh Thanh Forest Protection Department - were disciplined by being forced to resign.
Mr. Le Duc Sau was also previously disciplined by the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee in the form of party membership.
