Disciplinary action against former Chairman of Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee
Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 381/QD-TTg dated February 21 on disciplinary action against Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong - former Chairman of Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee.
According to Decision No. 381/QD-TTg, disciplinary action in the form of a Warning will be taken against Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong - former Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province - due to violations and shortcomings in his work and having been subject to party discipline.
Dong Nai: Proposal to discipline 2 Deputy Directors of the Department
On February 21, the Inspection Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee announced the results of the 47th Session to review and propose competent authorities to discipline Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport Duong Van Dong and Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Mong Thu.
According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Mr. Duong Van Dong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Mong Thu are related to the violation that occurred at the Saigon Driving Training Center.
In which, Duong Van Dong was prosecuted by the Supreme People's Procuracy for the crime of "Abusing position and power while performing official duties"; Nguyen Thi Mong Thu was prosecuted for the crime of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences".
Based on the content, nature, extent, harm, and cause of the violation, and comparing with Regulation No. 69-QD/TW, the Inspection Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consider and discipline the two cases above.
Dak Nong: Reprimand 2 Deputy Directors of the Department for violations of land management
On February 17, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission confirmed that it had just issued a decision to discipline 3 party members with a Reprimand.
Accordingly, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and disciplined 3 officials including: Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Vo Van Minh, former Vice Chairman of the Dak Mil District People's Committee; Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Ngoc Luy, former Vice Chairman of the Dak Mil District People's Committee; former Standing Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Dak Mil District People's Committee Le Quoc Luong.
According to the report of the authorities, the above 3 cadres and party members violated the provisions of the signing and issuance of land use right certificates in Dak Mil district. Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on Party regulations, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline these officials in the form of Reprimand.
