The Inspection Committee of Ba Don Town Party Committee concluded that Mr. Cao Xuan Ngoc violated Directive No. 20, dated February 28, 2022 of the Standing Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, and violated the working regulations of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Quang Hai commune.
