Accordingly, during his tenure as a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee and Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hoa District (now Dong Hoa Town), Mr. Vo Dinh Tien violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do, assigned duties and responsibilities; was directly responsible for signing a number of decisions allowing households and individuals to change land use purposes in violation of legal regulations.
As Lao Dong reported, on October 7, the Inspection Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee announced the results of the 25th meeting of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee (term XVII).
Accordingly, the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission considered and disciplined Mr. Nguyen Chi Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Song Hinh District and Mr. Tran The Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Organization of Song Hinh District Party Committee, former Chief of Office of Song Hinh District Party Committee.
Mr. Hien and Mr. Anh had shortcomings and violations in leadership, direction, and management of Party finances and assets; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, responsibilities to set an example, and assigned duties and responsibilities; lacked inspection and supervision to allow leaders, cadres, and civil servants of the District Party Committee Office to violate regulations on management and use of Party finances and assets, and had to recover the money to pay to the State budget.
The Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against Mr. Vo Dinh Tien - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; former Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hoa district (now Dong Hoa town).
