Disciplinary action against Vice Chairman of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee Huynh Anh Minh
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed Decision No. 177/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister to discipline Mr. Huynh Anh Minh, Vice Chairman of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee.
The Prime Minister has issued a disciplinary warning to Mr. Huynh Anh Minh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province for the 2021-2026 term, due to violations and shortcomings in his work and the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee has imposed Party discipline. This decision takes effect from January 18, 2025.
Disciplining Party organizations and Party members who committed violations related to Thuan An Group
On January 21, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission announced the review and disciplinary action against party members who committed shortcomings and violations related to a number of bidding packages implemented by Thuan An Company in the city.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined 3 party members by reprimand: Mr. Luong Minh Phuc (Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board), Mr. Le Ngoc Hung (Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board), and Mr. Nguyen Vinh Ninh (former Deputy Party Committee Secretary, former Deputy Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board).
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has disciplined Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh Dung (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Director of the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board) by reprimand and expelled Mr. Le Thanh Tung (Party Cell Secretary, Head of Project 4 Management Board, Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board).
Regarding the incident at the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed and disciplined two party members. Of which, the disciplinary action in the form of a reprimand was taken against Mr. Do Viet Ha (Party Cell Secretary, Chairman of the City Union of Friendship Organizations).

Suspending Party activities of Mr. Le Anh Phuong, Director of Hue University
Mr. Le Truong Luu - Secretary of Hue City Party Committee - signed a decision to suspend Party activities of Mr. Le Anh Phuong - Deputy Secretary in charge of Party Committee, Director of Hue University.
Pursuant to the Party Charter, the decision to prosecute the accused by the Investigation Police Agency and the proposal of the Hue University Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee has decided to suspend Party activities for 90 working days, starting from January 17, for Mr. Le Anh Phuong.
