On November 14, information from the Ministry of Justice said that Deputy Minister Mai Luong Khoi chaired an online meeting on public investment work of the Ministry of Justice.
Reporting on the implementation and disbursement of the capital plan for 2025, the Department of Planning and Finance said that, in general, investors of projects are implementing and disbursing the capital plan assigned according to the plan.
Regarding the development of a detailed weekly disbursement plan for the remaining time and urging implementation, in the past, basically all projects have been developed by investors and submitted detailed disbursement plans, in which, all units have committed to the responsibility of fully disbursing the capital plans of the projects assigned to management.
In the coming time, the Department of Planning and Finance will guide units to adjust and supplement capital plans to develop detailed disbursement plans as a basis for monitoring weekly implementation.
The Department of Planning and Finance and the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement will continue to closely monitor and urge the disbursement situation of each project periodically every week; evaluate the disbursement plan to report to the Ministry's leaders; promptly inspect and work with units to handle and overcome the disbursement plan in case the implementation results do not meet the plan.
Concluding the Conference, Deputy Minister Mai Luong Khoi suggested that investors of projects continue to be determined in implementing and disbursing capital plans to fully disburse 100% of the plans.
For projects that have not yet ensured disbursement progress, it is necessary to clearly analyze the causes to remove and handle obstacles to ensure project implementation progress and disbursement plans in the remaining months of 2025.
Accordingly, the Deputy Minister requested the Department of Planning and Finance to control progress, report the situation to the Ministry's leaders to promptly issue instructions to resolve related problems; perfect the process and reporting forms, including increasing the application of information technology in the implementation process and handling tasks.
