On the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on the morning of September 1, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, National Assembly, President, Government, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, along with ministries, branches and Hanoi City laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Attending the visit were General Secretary To Lam; former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; Politburo member and President Luong Cuong; former Politburo members and former President: Truong Tan Sang, Nguyen Minh Triet; former Politburo member and former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung; Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; former Politburo members and former National Assembly Chairmen Nguyen Sinh Hung, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; Politburo members and Standing Secretaries Tran Cam Tu.
Politburo members, former Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, former Party Central Committee Secretaries; Party Central Committee members, former Party Central Committee members, leaders, former leaders of the Party, State, central and local departments, ministries, branches... attended the visit.



In front of the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and respectfully remembered his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and our nation. The person who devoted his entire life to the people, to the country, led our Party and people to achieve glorious victories.
The wreath of the Youth Union bears the words: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".



Next, the delegation went to lay wreaths and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street.

In a solemn atmosphere, the leaders of the Party and State expressed their gratitude to the outstanding children of the nation who did not spare their blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
The wreath of the Youth Union has the words: "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".
Previously, from early morning on September 1, thousands of people from all over the country were present very early in front of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum to attend the Flag-raising ceremony held solemnly at Ba Dinh Square.
Leading the flag-raising group was the Quyet flag. Followed by the infantry squad with soldiers from the 275th Group (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command). The ceremony's team consisted of 37 people wearing white uniforms. The decisive Military Team won the lead, followed by 34 infantrymen, symbolizing the first 34 soldiers of the Vietnam Propaganda Liberation Army, the predecessor of the Vietnam People's Army.
