    Hai Phong - At the 32nd session, the City People's Council conducted content on personnel work under its authority.

    The meeting dismissed Mr. Pham Van Thep, Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Mai, Ms. Bui Thi Hong Van from the position of members of the City People's Committee for the 16th term (2021 - 2026 term); elected Mr. Nguyen Cao Lan to the additional position of Head of the Cultural - Social Committee of the City People's Council for the 16th term (2021 - 2026 term).

    At the same time, elected Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Director of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism; Ms. Sai Thi Yen, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Ms. Tran Thi Quynh Trang, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Cao Thang, Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

    Delegates also discussed and voted to approve draft resolutions on: Decentralization of revenue sources, percentage (%) of revenue and expenditure tasks between budgets at all levels in the city in 2026; Regulations on principles, criteria and norms for allocating regular budget expenditure estimates in 2026; 5-year financial plan of Hai Phong city for the period 2026 - 2030; State budget revenue estimate in the area; local budget revenue and expenditure and local budget allocation in 2026.
