Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs conduct public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title.
The State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises has issued Document No. 3065/TTr-UBQLV dated December 31, 2024 on submitting to the Prime Minister for consideration and submitting to the President for awarding the title "Hero of Labor" to Mr. Pham Dinh Duan, Worker of Mining Workshop 14, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin, Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group.
In order to have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 204 requesting to collect public opinions within 10 working days for the collective submitted for consideration and award of the title "Labor Hero" in the above-mentioned renovation period.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that comments should be sent to the Central Emulation and Rewards Council, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi before January 16, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Central Emulation and Rewards Council.
