When militia are mobilized, mobilized to perform tasks or perform tasks according to a plan approved by competent authorities, they will receive a subsidy of VND 327,600/person/day.
In case the term of performing militia service is extended according to the decision of the competent authority, the allowance will increase by 163,800 VND/person/day.
For special tasks such as combating terrorism, rescuing hostages, suppressing crimes, dispersing protests, preventing dangerous epidemics in areas at high risk of infection, participating in rescue, fire fighting, overcoming incidents and disasters in areas at risk of life according to the decision of the Commander of local military agencies at district level or higher, militia will receive an additional subsidy of VND 163,800/person/day.
The People's Council of Hai Duong province assigns the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to organize the implementation of the Resolution; At the same time, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Committees of the People's Councils, delegates and delegates of the provincial People's Council supervise the implementation to ensure the law and timely and complete provisions, contributing to encouraging the Hai Duong militia forces to fulfill the assigned tasks.
