Regarding the task in the coming time, in order to implement the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference of XIII, the Steering Committee agreed through the plan with the specific work group associated with the responsibility and the time for the completion of the day, not just each week, each month.
The scope of the work is very wide, the work groups are closely related, the whole political system must raise the sense of responsibility and coordinate the implementation of synchronously. Especially the work group on completing documents guiding the implementation, amending the 2013 Constitution, on the completion of law institutions and regulations, must take one step ahead to create a solid legal corridor for the implementation organization.
