On March 16, information from Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that up to now, the implementation of Project 06 in the area has achieved many positive results.
In 2024, Nghe An province will continue to be one of the leading localities in implementing Project 06 of the Government, highly appreciated by the Government and ministries and branches. The Prime Minister commended Nghe An as one of the six typical localities in the country for its good, creative approach and effective implementation of the Project's tasks.
The leadership, direction, management and organization of implementation has been implemented drastically, synchronously, with high determination from the province to the grassroots; the digital economy and digital society continue to have strong development in many fields.
Up to now, Nghe An has had 35 utilities on the VNeID application to help people carry out administrative procedures online, report crimes, integrate documents to use as a replacement for physical documents...
According to the assessment at the "Index for serving people and businesses of ministries, branches and localities on the National Public Service Portal system", in 2024, Nghe An province will increase by 18 places compared to 2023 (from position 45 to 27); the online reception rate will increase by 21% (from 28% to 49.1%); digitization of records will increase by 23.3% (from 50.5% to 73.8%).
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh said that he has directed departments, branches, sectors and localities to urgently implement the tasks of Project 06 in 2025 in the direction of "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities".
At the same time, focus on advising, having specific solutions and roadmaps to ensure targets for receiving and handling administrative procedures; strictly implement 100% synchronization of administrative procedure records on the National Public Service Portal/Information system for handling administrative procedures of the province.
The units assigned to preside over need to resolutely direct the tasks: Provincial Smart Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC); Electronic health records; Issuing Judicial Records on VneID; Completely building a land database in the province; Cleaning the Judicial Records database, civil status data; Building student data from grades 1 to 12; Promoting solutions to deploy electronic invoices generated from cash registers; Deploying electronic medical records at hospitals.
Departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees at all levels focus on leading, directing, mobilizing maximum resources, overcoming difficulties, and implementing them vigorously, ensuring the completion of assigned targets and tasks.
Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees at all levels should strengthen inspections of public duties, strictly handle individuals who are irresponsible, causing obstacles, difficulties, and inconveniences to people and businesses, not to delay or affect the implementation of Project 06 when removing the district level - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh affirmed.
