Ba Dinh District has completed the work of collecting public opinions on the plan to arrange administrative units.
The People's Committee of Ba Dinh District said that the district has collected opinions from 58,256 voters representing households, a rate of 99.48% of the total number of households in the area.
Of which, the rate of people agreeing with the administrative unit arrangement plan in the district reached 99.07%.
Regarding the new administrative unit naming plan, 99.4% of the total number of voters representing households surveyed in the area have agreed.
Ba Dinh District currently has 13 wards, expected to be arranged into 3 wards: Ba Dinh, Ngoc Ha and Giang Vo.

Long Bien District has also completed statistics on the results of collecting public opinions on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in the area.
Accordingly, the total number of permanent households in Long Bien district is 83,014. The total number of households participating in the consultation is 82,700. The total number of valid votes is 82,647, with 53 votes being invalid.
As a result, 82,298 votes agreed with the ward arrangement plan, reaching a rate of 99.14%.
In addition, 98.51% of voters agreed with the plan to name new wards.
Long Bien district has 13 wards, expected to be arranged into 4 wards: Viet Hung, Bo De, Long Bien and Phuc Loi.

Nam Tu Liem District has collected opinions from 70,530 voters representing households, a rate of 99.07% of the total number of permanent households in the area. Of which, the rate of people agreeing with the arrangement of 4 administrative units is nearly 94%.
Nam Tu Liem District currently has 10 wards, expected to be arranged into 4 wards: Tu Liem, Tay Mo, Dai Mo and Xuan Phuong.
Ha Dong district has 97.39% of voters representing participating households in agreement with the plan to reorganize commune-level administrative units. For the name of the administrative unit, the number of voters representing participating households agreed to reach 97.52%.
Ha Dong district has 15 wards, expected to be arranged into 5 wards: Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Yen Nghia, Kien Hung and Phu Luong.
Ung Hoa district has issued 59,049 votes to collect voters' opinions. As a result, 98.66% of voters representing households participated in the vote in favor of the arrangement plan. For the plan to change the name of the new administrative unit after the arrangement, the voter consensus rate also reached 97.93%.
Ung Hoa district currently has 29 commune-level administrative units, expected to be reorganized into 4 communes: Van Dinh, Ung Thien, Hoa Xa and Ung Hoa.
Quoc Oai district has asked for the opinions of 53,370 voters representing households. Of which, the number of voters representing households participating in the arrangement plan agreed reached 97.42%. For the new administrative unit name, 95.13% of voters representing households participated in agreement.
Quoc Oai district currently has 16 commune-level administrative units, expected to be reorganized into 4 communes: Quoc Oai, Kieu Phu, Phu Cat and Hung Dao.
Phuc Tho district has asked for the opinion of 49,874 voters representing households on the plan to reorganize commune-level administrative units. The number of voters representing households participating in the vote is 49,874 people. As a result, the approval vote reached 99.54%. For the new administrative unit name, the approval vote reached 98.89%.
Phuc Tho district currently has 18 commune-level administrative units, expected to be arranged into 3 communes: Phuc Loc, Phuc Tho, Hat Mon.
Roadmap for implementing the arrangement of grassroots administrative units in Hanoi:
Districts, towns and cities will organize to collect public opinions (according to the instructions of the City People's Committee) before April 22.
Districts, towns and cities shall direct the organization of meetings of People's Councils at the commune and district levels to approve the Resolution approving the policy of arranging administrative units at the grassroots level, to be completed before April 26.
Based on the results of the people's opinion and the grassroots and district People's Councils; The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the City Party Executive Committee approved the policy before April 28.
The City People's Committee completes the dossier of the Project to submit to the City People's Council to issue a Resolution approving the policy of reorganizing commune-level administrative units on April 29.
The City People's Committee completes the Project dossier to report to the Government before May 1.
