On the afternoon of September 16, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council held a second session to review and decide on a number of contents on personnel work in the context of many local leaders resigning.
At the session, the Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021 - 2026 to be introduced to be elected as Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.
At the same time, the Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution on the election of Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, term VII, 2021 - 2026.
On the same day, the Provincial People's Council also reviewed the submission and approved the Resolution on dismissal from the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Tran Quoc Nam - former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan (born in 1970, hometown in Dong Ninh Hoa ward, Khanh Hoa) has a Senior degree in Political Theory; Bachelor of Law in Judicial Law; Bachelor of Party and State Administration.
Recently, a number of leaders of Khanh Hoa province have submitted applications for resignation for personal reasons, including Mr. Tran Quoc Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Pham Van Hau - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province.
Most recently, Mr. Phan Tan Canh - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Vinh Hai Commune People's Council - former Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee also submitted a resignation letter.
