Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan, born in 1975; hometown Ninh Binh province.
Previously, on November 28, 2024, the National Assembly passed a resolution approving the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the appointment of 2 judges of the Supreme People's Court.
According to this resolution, former Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Quoc Doan is one of two personnel approved to be appointed as a Judge of the Supreme People's Court.
On December 13, 2024, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and present the President's Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Judge of the Supreme People's Court to hold the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.
On the afternoon of November 4, 2025, the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies on appointing members to the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Party Secretary of the Supreme People's Court for the 2025 - 2030 term.
