On the afternoon of February 27, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. To Van Tu - Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Toan - Deputy Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee's Office; the appointment term is 5 years, starting from March 1, 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Toan respectfully thanked the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for their trust and confidence in assigning the new responsibility.
In his new position, he will strive, try his best, and promote his own experience to continue studying and researching, together with the collective of leaders, officers, and experts in the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Office, to promote the tradition of solidarity, responsibility, proactiveness, mutual support, and together successfully complete assigned tasks.
At the same time, we hope to continue to receive the attention, support, and facilitation of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee and the attention, coordination, support, and sharing of leaders, cadres, and experts in the Provincial Party Committee Office. With the attention and close coordination of relevant agencies, units and localities, he and the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Office will successfully complete the assigned tasks.
