On April 28, a conference was held at Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work. Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee - was transferred by the Politburo to hold a new position.
At the Conference, Mr. Do Trong Hung - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee - announced the decisions of the Politburo's personnel about the stopping of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, stopped holding the position of Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 for Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc (born in 1972, in Hoa Quang Bac commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province) has a professional qualification of Doctor of Political Science, Bachelor of Law.
In 2002, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc was Secretary of the Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union. In July 2006, the Standing Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee rotated and appointed Mr. Hoc to hold the position of Secretary of Song Hinh District Party Committee (Phu Yen province).
In June 2011, Mr. Hoc held the position of Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Yen province. After 2 years, he was transferred and appointed by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to hold the position of Head of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
On June 15, 2018, the Secretariat transferred Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc to work at the Central Internal Affairs Commission and held the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
From March 2024 to present, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc has been assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
