On February 27, the 26th session of the 7th People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, term 2021-2026, passed resolutions confirming the results of the dismissal and election of a number of positions.
In which, Mr. Mai Ngoc Thuan was dismissed from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021-2026; and Mr. Nguyen Van Xinh (former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department) was dismissed from the position of Head of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs due to approval to retire at will.
At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021-2026, was dismissed from the position of Mr. Le Hoang Hai; Head of the Legal Committee of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, term VII, 2021-2026, for Mr. Tran Tuan Linh; due to being assigned other tasks.
The session also passed a Resolution confirming the election results of Mr. Tran Van Tuan (born in 1975, Secretary of the Ba Ria City Party Committee) who was elected Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Term VII, 2021-2026.
Mr. Tran Van Tuan has professional qualifications as a master of economics, senior political theorist, and senior specialist. Previously, Mr. Tuan was Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, and was later transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ba Ria City Party Committee.
The session also confirmed the election results of Mr. Le Hoang Hai (born in 1974, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee) elected as Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021-2026; elected Mr. Bui Chi Thanh (born in 1974, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee) elected as Head of the Culture - Social Committee.
