At the Conference, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong - Chairman of Lao Cai People's Committee was trusted to be elected as Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, term 2020-2025.
Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong was born in 1977, hometown of Giao Tien commune, Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province, professional qualifications: University of Construction, Master of Urban Construction Management, high level of political theory.
Before being Chairman of Lao Cai People's Committee, Mr. Truong held positions such as Sa Pa District Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of Department of Construction, Director of Department of Construction, Director of Department of Transport, Vice Chairman Lao Cai People's Committee.
Previously, on the morning of January 11, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision to mobilize and appoint Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Delegation On the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.
