The National Assembly Standing Committee has passed a resolution approving the election results of the Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province for the 2021-2026 term with Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee from December 10.
Previously, at the 24th session on December 10, the People's Council of Quang Ninh province elected Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, term XIV, 2021-2026.
Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh (born in 1973, from Hai Duong), graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in economic management.
Working process: Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh has held many positions at the Department of Finance of Quang Ninh; Deputy Secretary of Ha Long City Party Committee; Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Quang Ninh province; Director of the Department of Finance. Delegate of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province, terms XII and XIII.
From February 2019 to August 2021, Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh held the position of Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province, term XIII, 2016-2021 and term XIV, 2021-2026.
In August 2021, Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
