The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on approving the results of the dismissal of the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Phong district, term 2021-2026.
The decision clearly states and approves the results of the dismissal of Mr. Luu Van Mui from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Phong district, term 2021-2026, and is allowed to retire early.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (May 15, 2025).
Heads of agencies: Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Finance, relevant agencies and units, Yen Phong District People's Committee and Mr. Luu Van Mui shall base on the Decision to implement.
Previously, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also issued a decision to retire Mr. Luu Van Mui early.
Recently, a number of officials of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces have applied for early retirement to serve the work of restructuring the apparatus when merging the two provinces.
The project to reorganize Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces has clearly stated the plan and roadmap for resolving the regime and policies for streamlining the staff, civil servants, public employees and workers after the reorganization of administrative units.
According to the Central Directive, after the arrangement, the agencies responsible for streamlining the payroll according to the 5-year roadmap (60 months) will reduce the payroll by 20% compared to before the arrangement.
Accordingly, the number of cadres, civil servants and public employees in agencies and units that must be streamlined in the new Bac Ninh province is 1,280 positions.
According to the Project, the roadmap for streamlining and resolving policies for 1,280 positions of the new Bac Ninh province is as follows:
Encourage cadres, civil servants and public employees to be eligible to retire before voluntary registration of retirement before age, enjoy policies according to Decree No. 178/2019/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government (the number of registered people, rest according to the roadmap: 2025 in 2026; in 2026, there were 124 people; 2027 had 127 people; retirement in accordance with the labor law from now to 2029, 468 people).
