At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Truong Son Lam - Director of Ben Tre Provincial Police - presented the decision to promote the rank of Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel to Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh - Deputy Director of Ben Tre Provincial Police.
