According to Lao Dong, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just issued a decision to provide an additional VND41.2 billion to pay regimes and policies for 32 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers subject to early retirement or resignation in the second quarter of 2025. Of which, the Party sector received more than 18.1 billion VND and the State administrative sector received more than 23 billion VND.
In the approved list, the person receiving the highest support level is a Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee Office, retiring 6 years and 11 months early, receiving a total of more than 3.2 billion VND.
The levels of payment for this person include: One-time pension for early retirement, early retirement allowance, allowance for having paid social insurance for 20 years and allowance for having paid social insurance for more than 20 years.
In addition, 3 other officials from the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Department of Construction also received support of VND2 billion or more.
On the other hand, the person receiving the lowest support level of 122 million VND is a shift worker.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, the entire budget paid in this period is drawn from the salary reform source that has not been allocated in the 2025 budget estimate.
This is the second support funding round in 2025, aiming to continue implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus, improving the operational efficiency of the political system and local government.
