On March 25, at the National Military Training Center 4, a parade and parade coordination activity took place to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - thanked the efforts of the officers and soldiers participating in the parade on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

Notably, General Phan Van Giang said that on this occasion, the army of many countries standing shoulder to shoulder with Vietnam in the resistance war also wished to attend the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the national reunification with the Vietnam People's Army.
"This joy is not only for Vietnam, for the Vietnamese people, for the heroic Vietnam People's Army but also for friends around the world" - General Phan Van Giang said.

Through monitoring, I and the comrades present today are truly proud that the movements of the comrades are the embodiment of the strength of the Vietnam People's Army, the Militia and Self-Defense Forces, and the armed forces. This is something I really appreciate and acknowledge. It is truly all people are one and we will bring this spirit, will, and belief to the day of victory and when any task is assigned, we will be as determined as the training days - General Phan Van Giang emphasized.

Regarding the task of organizing mobile commands of forces into Ho Chi Minh City, General Phan Van Giang requested that command work must be strict, safe and absolutely guaranteed.
When arriving at the gathering location, it is necessary to quickly stabilize the accommodation location, prepare for phase 3 training (collision training, pre-approvement, final approval and performing official tasks).


General Phan Van Giang requested the General Department of Logistics and Engineering to ensure adequate and comprehensive means and technical equipment for forces participating in parades and marches.
At the same time, maintain good environmental sanitation, ensure food safety and hygiene, improve meal quality, and take good care of the health of officers and soldiers.

General Phan Van Giang also suggested that the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army study and consider guiding the emulation content associated with participating in parades and marches.
