The entire army strictly maintains the combat readiness regime, firmly grasps the situation, promptly advises and effectively handles situations, not to be passive or surprised, firmly protects territorial sovereignty; coordinates to maintain security and order throughout the country. Actively completes the Directive on exercises directed by the Ministry of National Defense in 2026.
The General Staff has submitted to the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission a number of projects on organizing forces to ensure quality and progress. Adjusting the organization of forces, ensuring strict weapons and equipment, in accordance with regulations; directing the entire army to organize training, exercises, competitions, and sports for subjects strictly, ensuring quality, especially checking "3 explosions" for new soldiers.
Speaking at the conference, General Nguyen Tan Cuong praised and acknowledged the results achieved by agencies and units in May, and at the same time requested the entire army to strictly maintain the combat readiness regime; monitor and firmly grasp the situation, especially key areas, promptly advise and effectively handle situations, not to be passive or surprised; coordinate to maintain security and order throughout the country.
Forces strengthen patrols, controls, and prevent illegal entry and exit; implement measures to manage airspace and sea areas according to regulations; drastically deploy the prevention and combat of illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing;
Strictly manage unmanned aircraft and other aircraft; strengthen information control in cyberspace; ensure timely communication, command and direction keys, terrain documents and geographic information for units throughout the army; complete and amend the personnel regulations to submit to the Minister of National Defense for signing and promulgation and training throughout the army.
Relevant agencies and units need to focus on implementing the plan to allocate enrollment targets for grades 6 and 10 for 3 military youth schools; organize computer-based competency assessment exams for military academies and schools.
