Quang Ninh temporarily suspends the recruitment of commune-level civil servants

The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has just sent a document to the Department of Home Affairs, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities regarding the temporary suspension of recruitment of commune-level civil servants.

Document No. 457/UBND-TKTH on temporarily suspending the recruitment of commune-level civil servants issued by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province on February 24, 2025

Accordingly, implement Document No. 12400-CV/VPTW dated November 30, 2024 of the Central Party Office, Document No. 2411-CV/TU dated December 6, 2024 of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on the policy of personnel work to reorganize the apparatus of agencies, units and localities in the political system; Document No. 721/BNV-CQDP dated January 24, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on recruitment of commune-level civil servants.

The Provincial People's Committee requested a temporary suspension of the recruitment of commune-level civil servants, except for the title of commune-level Military Commander.

This suspension applies to all communes, wards and towns in the province, including cases that have carried out recruitment but have not yet issued a recruitment decision.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Home Affairs and the People's Committees of localities to seriously implement.
