Continuing the program of the 10th Session, in the 3rd working week (starting from November 3-8), the National Assembly will discuss many important contents.
Accordingly, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the draft Laws including the draft Law on Investment (amended); the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices; the draft Law on E-commerce.
The National Assembly will also discuss the draft Law on the Law on the Exercise of Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving the Place of Residence; the draft Law on the Exercise of Criminal Judgments (amended); the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records; the draft Law on the Exercise of Civil Judgments (amended); the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; the draft Law on Tax Administration (amended); the draft Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); the draft Law on Savings and Combating Wastefulness.
In particular, the National Assembly will discuss and give opinions on the draft Document to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Along with the discussion contents, the National Assembly will listen to the Minister of Finance, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Report on 05 projects: Law on Investment (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Statistics Law; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Price Law. The Minister of Industry and Trade presented the Proposal for the draft Law on E-commerce.
The National Assembly also listened to the Minister of Construction present the Proposal for the draft Law on Construction (amended); the Minister of Agriculture and Environment presented the Proposal on 2 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment.
The Minister of Finance presented the Report on 3 projects: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Savings and Anti-waste; The Minister of Justice presented the Report on 2 projects: Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Assessment (amended)...
