Prepare well the contents of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure
On March 6, 2025, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Politburo member and Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu chaired a meeting with Party committees, 4 offices, Party committees, agencies and unions at the Central level, according to VNA.
Concluding the meeting, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and commended the agencies for their solidarity, unity, overcoming many difficulties, promoting the spirit of proactiveness, creativity, and active coordination in advising, proposing, and resolving work, actively contributing to the overall success of the Party and the country; at the same time, emphasizing a number of tasks in the coming time.
Accordingly, all levels, sectors and localities focus on leading and directing the implementation of tasks in 2025; the key task for March 2025 is to prepare well the contents of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure, and the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Urgently complete the work in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and the direction of the Politburo. Stabilize the internal organizational apparatus, arrange staff in agencies and units to ensure stability and uninterrupted operations. It is necessary to raise the number of cadres and civil servants to meet the requirements of the task.
Do a good job of information, propaganda, politics, and ideology, do not let distraction or negligence be a task, do not cause complicated ideological problems; promptly and urgently resolve the regime and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers.
Unblocking development resources, especially the private economic sector
The Standing Secretariat of Tran Cam Tu also requested to continue to direct the synchronous implementation of socio-economic development solutions, striving to achieve GDP growth of 8% or more; accelerate the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; speed up the implementation of important and national key projects; review projects that are behind schedule, prolonged, causing great loss and waste to have solutions to resolve them completely.
Continue to review and remove bottlenecks and bottlenecks to unblock development resources, especially in the private economic sector. Accelerate the implementation of national target programs, poverty reduction programs, and the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses.
Continue to implement Directive No. 35CT/TW and Conclusion of the Party Central Committee and the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive No. 35,CT/TW on Party congresses at all levels; direct the preparation and good organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress in the spirit of not organizing at the district level, rearranging administrative units at the provincial and commune levels.
Continue to innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods; effectively carry out internal political inspection, supervision and protection; promote the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity, study and have mechanisms and sanctions to handle waste, solutions to mobilize resources among the people for socio-economic development; strictly manage the finances, assets and headquarters of agencies and units after restructuring the apparatus.
Strengthen propaganda, education, orientation of ideas and public opinion, create social consensus, support and active participation of all classes of people in contributing to the building of the Party, the political system, the building and development of the country.
Continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and mass associations after the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus; improve the quality of comments and supervision and social criticism; promote patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, and effectively implement social security policies.
