On November 29, information from the Ministry of Justice said that it is expected that on December 1, the Ministry of Justice will organize an online guidance conference for ministries, branches and localities with 2 contents: guiding the implementation of Resolution No. 66.7/2025/NQ-CP of the Government regulating the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures based on data; guiding the implementation of statistics and reviewing administrative procedures.
Regarding the National Law Portal, the Department of Information Technology (Ministry of Justice) has coordinated with accompanying businesses to successfully complete the integration of login and authentication work via VNeID; created a banner to promote communication and full- text propaganda of Resolution No. 66.7/2025/NQ-CP of the Government.
Regarding this issue, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh has issued a directive stating that there is very little time left from now until the end of the year, therefore, based on the synthesis of the Department of Information Technology, it is recommended that units proactively focus on reviewing the tasks and requirements to continue improving quality, speeding up progress and strictly control each specific group of tasks, avoiding slow implementation.
Emphasizing that the National Law Portal was built with the goal of becoming an official access point, serving people and businesses in learning and answering legal questions, ensuring publicity, transparency and efficiency, the Minister suggested sticking to the set goals; developing a Regulation on coordination between units in implementing tasks; orienting the development of features from now until the end of 2025.
Regarding the implementation of Resolution No. 66.7/2025/NQ-CP, the Minister has just issued a general guiding document of the Ministry of Justice to send to ministries, branches and localities to unify the review and standardization of administrative procedures nationwide. Therefore, units under the Ministry need to actively implement and complete the review of related administrative procedures.
