On August 12, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province informed that from July 1 to now, the commune-level government in the area has operated quite smoothly and effectively, closely following the provisions of the law and the instructions of ministries and branches at the central level, and the Provincial People's Committee.
Agencies and units have coordinated smoothly and effectively in advising, directing, operating and organizing the implementation of the assigned tasks.
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province, however, after the arrangement, there were changes in management staff, management scale, and workload. Meanwhile, many tasks must be carried out in parallel, and the implementation time is very short.
Through monitoring and synthesizing reports from the People's Committees of communes, wards and departments, it was found that the arrangement and assignment of leaders of departments and offices of localities is basically implemented in accordance with regulations.
Some localities and leaders of departments and offices have not been arranged in a timely manner. There are communes with shortcomings for Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee and Chief of Office. Some units still have assigned heads and deputy heads of professional departments.
Mr. Y Mo Mo - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province - said: "Faced with the difficulties encountered, the Department has recommended that the Provincial People's Committee review, improve, arrange and arrange personnel suitable for the capacity and job position at the People's Committees of communes and wards.
Focus on training, improving the capacity and professional skills of cadres and civil servants and guiding commune-level People's Committees to implement State management according to the assigned areas".
According to Mr. Y Mo, the People's Committees of communes and wards are still focusing on handling issues related to finance, assets, facilities, and working conditions.
At the same time, ensure that the information technology system, equipment, and transmission lines are maintained and completed, so that the software systems ensure continuous and uninterrupted service to people and businesses.
