Today (October 12), the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Previously, on October 8, the Party Central Committee issued Decision No. 1582-QDNS/TW appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to join the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - congratulated Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of the Provincial Police - on being appointed to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. Ms. Thanh hopes that in the coming time, Colonel Tran Van Phuc and the collective of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee will continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, will and aspiration for development and advancement; focus on leading, directing, mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system; join hands, unite, and persevere in overcoming difficulties and challenges; maintain political - economic - social stability; maintain solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee, the political system and the trust of people, businesses, cadres and party members; maintain a peaceful, friendly, stable, cooperative and developing border; determined and strive to comprehensively complete the goals and targets set by the 15th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - thanked the Central Government and the leaders of Quang Ninh province for their attention; at the same time, he affirmed that he would make every effort together with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to organize and complete the assigned tasks, especially the excellent completion of the task of ensuring political security and social order and safety in the area.
Before being appointed as Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police on August 12, 2024, replacing Major General Dinh Van Noi, Colonel Tran Van Phuc (born in 1978, from Dong Anh, Hanoi) was Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police.
