Add one more Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development

    The National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to add one more Deputy Minister to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the ministry will have six Deputy Ministers.

    National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolution No. 1260/NQ-UBTVQH15 on adding 1 Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

    According to the Resolution, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to increase by 1 Deputy Minister so that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has 6 Deputy Ministers to meet the requirements of mobilizing, arranging and assigning cadres to prepare for the Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

    Since the 14th National Congress of the Party, the total number of Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is no more than 5.

    This Resolution comes into force from October 25, 2024.
