On December 4, Division 5 held a conference to announce and hand over the decision to promote officers' ranks and increase officers' salaries in 2025 to 48 personnel.

On this occasion, 2 comrades were promoted to the rank of captain from lieutenant colonel to lieutenant colonel; 8 comrades were promoted to lieutenant colonel; 7 comrades were promoted to major; 7 comrades were promoted to captain; 2 comrades were promoted to lieutenant colonel; 4 comrades were promoted to first-time colonel salary; 16 comrades were promoted to first-time major; 2 comrades were promoted to second-time major.
