At the conference, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee Trieu Thi Ngoc announced the decision of the City Party Committee Standing Committee to receive Mr. Pham Quang Hung (born in 1978) - Deputy Director of the Legal Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to work at the Hanoi City Party Committee, appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Hanoi City Party Committee Office, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Trong Dong emphasized that Mr. Pham Quang Hung is a well-trained official with professional qualifications; has held many positions at central and local agencies.
Emphasizing that Hanoi is implementing many strategic and key tasks with increasingly high requirements for leadership, direction and organization of implementation, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Trong Dong requested the City Party Committee Office to continue to affirm its role as a general advisory body, directly and effectively serving the activities of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the City Party Committee Executive Committee; ensuring progress and quality of advisory work; strengthening connectivity, coordination and administrative discipline throughout the system.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Trong Dong requested Mr. Pham Quang Hung, in his new position, to continue to promote his capacity and experience in work, quickly approach tasks, and together with the leadership collective, cadres, and civil servants of the City Party Committee Office maintain solidarity, innovate thinking, and improve the quality of general advisory and service work. At the same time, the leadership collective, cadres, and civil servants of the City Party Committee Office continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and high responsibility, creating favorable conditions for Mr. Pham Quang Hung to soon approach work, promote his strengths, and successfully complete assigned tasks with the agency collective.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Deputy Chief of the City Party Committee Office Pham Quang Hung affirmed that he will strive with the collective of the City Party Committee Office to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and effectively advise the Standing Committee and the City Party Committee Standing Committee in deploying the city's political tasks; and at the same time wished to continue to receive the attention, direction, and assistance of the leaders and the agency collective to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
